Our mission at Chimera Vacations Hilton Head is to promote and advocate for the interests of vacation rental property owners and management companies on our Island. We focus on raising awareness and monitoring public policy changes and restrictions that will have a lasting impact on our way of life, ensuring that vacation rental associations are well-represented.
The Hilton Head Vacation Rental Association (HHVRA), established in April 2022, serves as the collective voice for the vacation rental community, including homeowners, residents, property managers, and the business community. Our mission is to advocate for the rights of homeowners to rent their properties responsibly. Currently, the Hilton Head Vacation Rental Association is focused on the Town of Hilton Head Island’s short-term rental ordinance, an important issue for both the community and organizations like Chimera Vacations Hilton Head.
